Can I edit my story after it's generated?
No, stories cannot be edited after generation. If you're unsatisfied, contact us and we'll work with you.
How do physical books work?
Printed and shipped via our print partner, with tracking information sent to your email. Typical delivery is 10–15 business days in the US, Canada and UK, 15–25 in the EU and Australia, and 20–30 elsewhere, counted from when you add your shipping address.
How do I download my story?
From your account dashboard, navigate to your order to find download links for your digital storybook.
I didn't receive my confirmation email
Check your spam folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at hello@storycrestbooks.com.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final once story generation has begun, since each book is personalised and made to order. If your book arrives damaged in transit, with a printing defect or with another quality issue, we'll send a free replacement — email hello@storycrestbooks.com within 14 days of delivery.
