• Authentication & Data: Firebase is used for user authentication and data storage with industry-standard security practices.
• Media Storage: Images and PDF files are stored securely on Cloudflare R2.
• All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS encryption.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate StoryCrest. Each has its own privacy policy governing the use of your information:

• Whop — Secure payment processing for all orders.
• Resend — Email delivery for order confirmations and communications.
• Google Gemini — AI-powered story and illustration generation.
• Lulu — Print-on-demand fulfillment for physical storybook orders.
