Question 1

Can I choose any sport or hobby for the story?

Accepted Answer

Yes, 48+ interest categories are available: sports (soccer, ballet, gymnastics), arts (piano, painting, theater), STEM (coding, science, robots), outdoor activities (camping, hiking), and more. Choose the one that matches your child's passion!

Question 2

Will the story actually teach skills about their interest?

Accepted Answer

It won't replace actual lessons, but it celebrates your child's passion and includes age-appropriate concepts. For example, a soccer story might mention teamwork and practice, while a piano story could reference rhythm and dedication.

Question 3

What if my child has multiple interests?

Accepted Answer

Create a separate book for each passion. Many kids have 3-5 interests (like ballet + science + cooking), and each book can focus on a different one.

Question 4

My child just started this activity. Is that okay?

Accepted Answer

Yes, these books are perfect for new enthusiasts. They build excitement, encourage persistence, and help children see themselves as 'a dancer' or 'a scientist' even when they're just beginning.

Question 5

Can this motivate my child to practice more?

Accepted Answer

Seeing themselves as the hero of a story about their interest can be encouraging. It won't magically create discipline, but it can build pride around the activity.

Question 6

Are the stories age-appropriate for my child's skill level?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the story adapts to your child's age (2-8 years). A 4-year-old's soccer story is about fun and basic concepts, while a 7-year-old's might include teamwork strategies — we never assume advanced skills.

Question 7

My child wants to quit their activity. Will this help?

Accepted Answer

It can reignite enthusiasm by helping them remember why they started, but it's not a cure for genuine disinterest. A personalized book is a helpful nudge, and it's also okay for kids to try new things!

Question 8

Can I gift this to inspire a new interest?

Accepted Answer

Yes, many grandparents and parents gift these to spark new interests. A 'Young Scientist' book might inspire a child to try a science class, or a 'Chef' story could encourage cooking together.
