A printed hardcover typically arrives 10-15 business days after you add your shipping address in the US, Canada and UK, and can take up to 30 business days elsewhere.

They are drawn from the photo you upload and the details you provide. A character reference is made from the photo, and every illustration is drawn from that reference. It is an illustration, not a photograph, and you see the cover preview before you pay so you can check the likeness first.
