Question 1

How do your books teach values without being preachy?

Accepted Answer

Through action and adventure, not lectures. Instead of telling children "be kind," they experience a story where the hero (them!) solves problems through kindness and sees the positive results. Kids internalize lessons through identification with the character.

Question 2

What values do you offer books for?

Accepted Answer

6 core values: Kindness, Confidence, Bravery, Honesty, Empathy, and Overcoming Fears. Each value is woven throughout an exciting adventure where the child demonstrates that characteristic.

Question 3

Are these suitable for classroom use?

Accepted Answer

Yes, many teachers use them for social-emotional learning (SEL) and character education. While personalized for one child, the values-based stories work well for class read-alouds followed by discussions. Bulk discounts available for schools.

Question 4

At what age should I start reading value books?

Accepted Answer

As early as age 2-3. The stories adapt to your child's age, using simpler concepts and vocabulary for toddlers and more complex scenarios for older children. Values like kindness and bravery are never too early to introduce.

Question 5

Can I order multiple values books for the same child?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can create a separate book for each value, for example kindness, bravery and honesty, so your child builds up their own personalized series.

Question 6

Will reading one book actually change behavior?

Accepted Answer

One book won't magically transform behavior, but research shows regular reading (2-3 times per week) does influence children's behavior and beliefs. Repeated exposure helps children internalize the values and remember them in real situations.

Question 7

What if my child struggles with a different value than you offer?

Accepted Answer

Our 6 core values cover the most common childhood challenges (fear, selfishness, dishonesty, low confidence, etc.). If you need something specific not listed, contact us — we're continuously expanding based on parent requests.

Question 8

Do these books replace therapy or counseling?

Accepted Answer

No, these are educational and therapeutic tools, not replacements for professional help. They're excellent for general character development and mild challenges. For serious behavioral or emotional issues, consult a child psychologist or counselor.
