Question 1

How long does shipping take for occasion gifts?

Accepted Answer

A printed hardcover typically arrives 10-15 business days after you add your shipping address in the US, Canada and UK, and can take up to 30 business days elsewhere. For a birthday or holiday, order early and add your address as soon as the book is ready. Short on time? The digital book arrives by email as soon as it is finished.

Question 2

Can I add a personal gift message?

Accepted Answer

Yes, every book includes a dedication page for a personalized message from you to the child. This makes it extra special for gift-giving occasions — grandparents love adding messages like "To my precious grandson, love Grandma."

Question 3

What occasions do you offer books for?

Accepted Answer

Birthdays, Christmas, Hanukkah, Eid, Easter, Back to School, and Preschool/Kindergarten Graduation. Each theme can be customized for any occasion, and these feature occasion-specific elements.

Question 4

Can I order multiple books as gifts?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Create a separate book for each child with their own photo and details. If you want two copies of the same book (one to keep, one to give), the Family set is two hardcovers for $79.99 plus shipping.

Question 5

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Accepted Answer

No, we don't offer gift wrapping. Books ship in our print partner's standard protective packaging, so wrap it yourself if it is a gift.

Question 6

What if I miss the occasion deadline?

Accepted Answer

Every hardcover order includes the digital PDF, which we email as soon as the book is finished, so you can share the story on the day and give the printed book when it arrives.

Question 7

Are these books good for group gifts?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A hardcover is $49.99 plus shipping, and the two-copy Family set is $79.99 plus shipping, so it works well as a shared gift for a milestone like a first birthday or a graduation.

Question 8

Can I preview the book before giving it as a gift?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You see a free cover preview before you pay, so you can check the cover and the likeness before ordering. If the printed book arrives with a printing defect, we'll send a free replacement within 14 days of delivery.
